You’ll begin with a detailed intake designed to uncover your accomplishments, career patterns, target roles, and professional value. Ivy will use that information to define your positioning and write your resume. You’ll review the draft and provide feedback, and Ivy will make revisions so the final document is accurate, distinctive, and recognizably yours. The process is collaborative without requiring unnecessary meetings.

How long does resume writing take?

After you complete your intake, your initial resume draft is typically delivered within 10 business days. LinkedIn updates follow after the resume positioning is finalized. Timing depends on the complexity of the project and timely feedback during the review process.

Will my resume work with applicant tracking systems?

Yes. Every resume is developed for both recruiter searches and human decision-makers.

Relevant titles, technologies, competencies, and industry terminology are incorporated naturally based on your experience and target roles. Your resume remains searchable without resorting to keyword stuffing or sacrificing readability.

What does LinkedIn optimization include?

What does 3 months of coaching include?

3 months of coaching is designed for clients who want support as their search unfolds. It gives us time to implement your strategy, evaluate how the market responds, refine your communication, prepare for interviews, and navigate offers or negotiations when they arise.

Both options can be purchased independently or alongside resume and LinkedIn services.

Can I purchase coaching without buying a resume?

Yes. You can choose between a standalone 90-minute session and 3 months of ongoing coaching.

The 90-minute session provides focused guidance on a particular challenge. The 3-month engagement gives you continued access to Ivy through unlimited email, scheduled calls, and asynchronous feedback.

Neither option requires you to purchase resume writing or LinkedIn optimization.

Can you help if I’m targeting multiple types of roles?
